Guests normally remove their jewellery and outer clothing leaving on their underwear before massage or facial treatment. Our therapists are trained to drape you to ensure your privacy
and comfort at all times. Disposable underwear is also available.

Consultation
Your therapist will complete a short health questionnaire to discuss your requirements, likes and dislikes. If at any time during your treatment you feel uncomfortable please let your therapist know immediately.

Pre-natal Treatments
Let us know at the time of booking if you are pregnant and we will be happy
to advise you of the most suitable treatments and any which should be avoided.
NB: Massage cannot be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Mobile Phones
All mobile phones must be switched off.

Valuables
Valuables should be left at home.
